I still have to send it out I've been to busy yesterday and today. I may be able to send it after my golf game. How do I back up all my programs?

When my zire 71 broke and palm replaced it all i did was hotsync before i sent it in and removed my sd card. When i got my new palm i hot sync'd and voila.
