That's a very decent picture, dona83. I am looking for a bluetooth enabled PDA, and can't decide between this or the Tungsten E2. Perhaps, would it be best to wait for a pricedrop on the Tungsten T5? I like the larger screen.

The T5 is $429 if you opt not to get the WiFi card
Not a bad deal I must say. Plus the T5 gets way better battery life than the Zire 72. The E2 has the best battery life of all. My finacee does love her Zire 72 tho.

Thanks for that; has anyone seen any nice deals for the Tungsten E2 lately?

Check Staples, London Drugs, and Future Shop religiously for $279 deals. Since you guys only have one tax there (lucky bums :P) it'll be $298.53.

By not getting the zire 72 you miss out on the digital camera and the video camera, as well as the built in speakers. Back when i got my zire 71, i was debating between it and the tungsten E. I'm glad i gor the zire personally.

Um all Palm Zire (except the original and 21) and Tungsten (except W) have built in speakers. The video camera is below average at best although great for quick videos. If you have a cell phone with still/video camera built in, might as well just go for the Tungsten series.
Also the Zire 72 shoots video in ASF format which'll require Windows Media Player or VLC Player.. The Treo 650 and most other video cell phones shoot video in 3GP format which'll work on Quicktime. I'll post a video sample my finacee shot here when I get home and find one appropriate for general audiences *whistles*.
