Well,
No one else has dared to start this thread, but I will.

With the weather the last couple of week slowly turning to winter here in the GTA, I am beginning the crave my normal winter evening activities. Namely, watching my beloved Sens 3 - 4 (we have Centre Ice) times a week.
There is nothing like sitting in your favourite chair with a warm drink and watching hockey on a cold winter night.

TV is just plain poor for the most part. Something, I had not noticed in the past due to my hockey addiction. The Raptors and basketball just don't cut it for me. It's good, but it's not hockey.

They should start televising Junior games on weeknights or do something. I need a fix.

Anyone Else?

My Hockey Fix = ESPN NHL 2K5 on Xbox.

It's great.

I have not missed the hockey yet 1 bit. My 9 year old daughter however keeps asking when the she will be able to see the Leafs beating the Sens again.

The best hockey begins Christmas day when the World Junior Tournament begins. One of the things I look forward to the most over the holidays is sitting with my father having a cold one and watching these kids play for the love of the game and the jersey on their back.

pretty much the same here except my brother and I play a PS2 version of EA:2k4 every Saturday night, so far the Leafs and the Canadiens are 3-3 this season.

27-0-1
That is unbelievable!! Judging by their goal differential it ain't luck either.
That has got to be some kind of record breaker.

The 78/79 Brandon Wheat Kings hold the record for the best season start with 29 unbeaten (24-0-5) but the was part of streak of around 43(?) games as the won the last games of the previous season!

I?m getting my hockey fix on Tuesday nights watching Making the Cut on CBC? It?s no NHL, but I?ll take what I can get these days. CBC has done a great job with this series, it?s much better than I thought it would be.

Sportsnet is televising some CHL & AHL games ? that?s pretty good hockey. iPetie: you can still get a little bit of that Leafs/Sens rivalry with St. John?s and Binghamton!

I can?t wait until the World Junior Tournament starts ? that?s always great hockey! You said it Marrmoo, it?s great watching these kids play for the love of the game and the jersey on their back.

The London Knights picked a good year to go on this run? breaking records, hosting the Memorial Cup, sounds like a storybook season. Nice work Dale Hunter.

I can't wait for the world juniors to start either. They have announced the roster of 32.
Great time of year and great hockey. I also love the way Paul Romaniuk calls the games. Gary Green is pretty good as well.
