I've lived in Quebec for more than four years and can speak a smattering of joual, but the meaning of one phrase constantly evades me: "b'en poigné".

What does it really mean? e.g. like in "b'en poigné a l'Ontario!"

Someone who is « ben pogné » is very shy.

Someone who is « ben pogné » on someone else has a big crush.

Someone who is « ben pogné » in Ontario is stuck in Ontario and can't move.

« Pogné » basically means « stucked ».
