Nikon Coolpix P6000 - Built in GPS works with iPhoto Places! New Price $290
![]() Nikon Coolpix P6000 Bought at Macworld San Fran 2009 after coming out of Steve's Reality Distortion field demo of iPhoto's "Places" feature. This model has built-in GPS that works this feature, which worked really cool when I went to Mexico earlier this year. I now use a Canon PowerShot that is a little smaller / pocket sized. Main Features
Selling for $290 O.B.O. (Going for about $425 - $450 US in most US stores) Comes with camera, Leather Belt case, Quick Start Guide, Manual, rechargeable battery and charger. PM me any questions, I'll add details here if relevant. Take payment via Paypal. Includes shipping. |

You wouldn't happen to have the FC-E9 lens that was part of the Nikon lenses made for the P6000 would you? If you did I would buy both from you but the camera is no good to me without it. (Lens is discontinued)

Just want to know what is the point of having a GPS with a camera? For if your camera gets stolen?

iPhoto and other programmes/websites like Flickr are supporting Geotagging, so that you can see where each photo is taken on a map. Check out iPhoto 09, it does a good job of it.
