Price Check Powermac G5 Dual 1.8
I'm looking at picking up a non-working powermac G5 Dual 1.8. Apparently the computer reports a memory error, but the memory testing O.K. in another tower. Possibly fried logic board, possibly just bad memory with that certain board.
Specs are as follows, Dual 1.8ghz, 60gb HD, 512mb Ram, Nvidia 5200 Ultra, etc. Got him down to $200, but i'm still skeptical. If its bad, its bad. If its a minor problem, woohoo. Any opinions you Mac-Gurus? |

Definitely worth it. You could get good money just for the case from someone wanting to build a cool PC.
