They sell for $59 at the Apple Store, but I only got one in exchange for mine that was having problems, and it was a free replacement. The invoice stated that the price was $59. I don't think you're going to see any more than that.

Ya a friend of mine went looking for one locally and the prices are crazy. They will stay that way until the ATV3 can be jailbroken.
If you look at Kijiji Toronto, prices are actually up tover $300 now for jailbroken models. They likely aren't getting that much, but I am not surprised at G-mo saying he got $200 for one.
