I have an iMac and installed Lion on it over the weekend. I don't like it and would like to remove it and go back to Snow Leopard. Is there an easy way?

Not if you don't have a backup from prior to updating to lion. If you do have a backup you can fairly easily either reimage/or restore a fresh snow leopard install. If not it will be more difficult, still possible I think be I'd make a bootable backup first to be sure not to lose any data.

What is your problem with Lion? Its really not overly different from Snow Leopard provided you change a few presets.
