Paul82 Mar 19th, 2012, 03:31 PM I thought both versions support CDMA in a similar fashion as the iPhone 4S does, the distinction between the AT&T and verizon versions is in what frequencies of LTE they support, my understanding is that all Canadian carriers use the same LTE frequencies as AT&T while Verizon uses different ones, and overseas ones use ones that are not supported by the iPad at all. vfr Mar 19th, 2012, 03:31 PM The device identifier is iPad3,3 which means it's Verizon (http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/?search_keywords=iPad3,3). Looks like MD368C is Canadian part number. Still trying to figure out what Apple sold us and what frequencies it really supports... To add to the confusion, the specs for the frequency bands on http://www.apple.com/ca/ipad/specs/ are the same as for the AT&T model, yet the device identifier says different... :confused: | |
