OK bought this desk from HAL 9000 http://www.ehmac.ca/miscellaneous/91991-ikea-jerker-sale.html?highlight=jerker and it was used in our recording studio for the past year but needs have changed and it is now up for sale again. I have posted the same pic that Hal posted (I hope it is not against the rules our offensive to Hal) and same conditions, it will be disassembled for pick up. Sold.

Yes it is the same as the photo.

Just have to say like I did the last time it went up for sale... these are fantastic desks, strong like an Ox, versatile and doesn't take up too much space. I have had mine for over 15 years and have looked at other desks/work stations just for a change of style but I have never been able to find anything that would suit the space I have and provide as much functionality as this unit. $75 is a great deal for a great desk.

How does the Fredrik compare to the Jerker? It doesn't seem to have the funky options like the desk pictured in the thread...

To make a sale and get rid of the thing... ;) it's a great desk especially for the price... if I had the space and the need for a second one I would buy it in a heart beat.
