I seem to have forgotten the details of the google type method and can't always get it to work and hopefully SINC or someone can post the details and method.

And no, I couldn't get it to work to search the ehmac's forums!

Sorry no, that's not the one and isn't much different to the method I was using.

The hint that SINC or someone provided worked really well which I think I've forgotten or goofed up, or the Google WWW search function has gone goofy.

Maybe Google's "new and improved" privacy search site rules goofing me up???

Yeah, that was me. I simply use Google and enter the search string key words followed by (or preceded by, as others have suggested) ehMac. Much faster and far more accurate than the built-in search engine.

Yep. The local search engine still rejects terms like "MHz", which are essential to finding the information I need.

I find that using ehMac.ca is better than just ehMac as a search parameter. With the former almost all the top level returns are direct links to an ehMac thread, not always so if I leave out the ".ca"
