Truthfully once I watch a movie I am usually happy waiting several years to see it again. I need to have forgotten enough to make it worth watching again. If the movie was worth watching to begin with that will take awhile.
One reason I don't buy movies on whatever medium happens to be popular this year.
Would like to see the Lord of the Rings again but only on the big screen.
Deer Hunter
Scarface
Taxi Driver
Godfather (yes all 3)
Lord of the Rings
Raging Bull
Matrix (yes all 3)
The Rock (i don't know why)
Ten Commandments
Ben Hur
Bourne trilogy
Good choices! The Rock is a great guy movie. Pure silliness really but just so much adrenaline going on, explosions, violence etc. Face Off and Die Hard are other examples.
Well in that case, I must include the BBC miniseries "Pride and Prejudice". I'm usually not a fan of classical romance novel type dramas, but is this ever well made and accurate to the book. As a former film and photo arts student, I can't help myself in watching the full 6hrs of it every year.
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Godfather (all of them)
Fish called Wanda
Borat
Office Space
Pirates of Silicon Valley
Pushing Tin
Terminator (1 and 2 only)
The Incredibles
The Naked Gun series
Airplane
The Sting
The Usual Suspects
Vanishing Point (the old one made in the 70s, not the remake)
Zombieland
Those are the movies. When it comes to TV series, the ones I like to watch again and again are:
'Allo 'Allo
Coupling
Sherlock (the new one starring Benedict Cumberbatch)
Boy, reading other people's lists has reminded me that I need to re-watch some stuff. I could watch Office Space and Shawshank Redemption over and over again. I'll add...
Lost in Translation
Adventureland
Bladerunner
Ronin
All About Eve, and so many of the other Bette Davis films
Psycho, and so many of the other Alfred Htichcock directed films
The Goodby Girl (Dreyfuss and Mason - at their best, imho)
Out of Africa (the music, scenary, et al, just do it to me!!)
.. many of the classics, and film noirs (have large collections of both)
+1 lord of the rings

Tons of movies if it's select scenes, but there's only so many I'd sit and watch all the way through. That being said, The Blues Brothers, Stand and Deliver, and Keeping the Faith are three I've shown to many a class over the years.
Ever check out Movieclips on YouTube? HD scenes from some of the best moviefilms of all time right there for your viewing pleasure.
For example, I've always loved that scene from The Blues Brothers where they go to play at the bar that features both kinds of music—country and western.
