If this law passes, I truly fear for the future of the Web. This is what you get when you have a bunch of techno-idiots, lobbied by corporations with a lot of financial clout, who haven't the FOGGIEST notion of what they're really doing. And because of the scope of this legislation, Canada will be affected as well.

Why don't they just throw out their constitution entirely instead of eliminating amendments one by one.
The Shrub made his contempt for the constitution clear. BO has faithfully stayed the Republirat course. A shame as he did have a chance to make a real difference in the lives of Americans.

However clearly the biggest obstacle the Homeland Security Storm Troopers have had in quashing the various Occupy movements has been the Internet and I am sure they would be more than happy to see it quashed altogether. They could then Goose Step over Americans as well as the Constitution without fear of retribution.
