If it has the big heat sink then chances are it has the cpu. There will be a label on the cpu daughtercard if it has one. If you have no heat sink and a white football field shaped multi pin connector on the MB then it has no cpu.

I'll throw in that I have a G4 350MHz CPU and heatsink in my parts box. If anyone is wanting the motherboard from Mr. Tickles, they can have my CPU and heatsink for whatever it costs to ship. I'm in London, Ontario.
