Wondering what kind of prices I should expect for the following:
Mac Pro
-2x2.66 Ghz Dual-core Intel Zeon
-6 GB ram
-Nvidia Geforce 7300GT
-1 250 Gb Hard drive & 1-1 Terab. Hard drive
-Keyboard, mouse
23" HD Cinema display, 1920x1200
23" Samsung LED HD Syncmaster Series 70 (6 months old)
All in excellent shape.

What gen (year) is the MacPro, there have been a few with 2.66GHz processors and it makes a big difference in the price.
P.S. just a picky point, it is spelled Xeon, probably just a typo but thought I should mention it just in case.

Just my opinion, but I believe the Apple Cinema Displays are a little more desirable right now just because of the switch to mini-DV for all new Apple displays. I would try $400 and take $350.

if it's a first gen mac pro (which i think it is because it has a 7300gt video card) i've seen them going for $900-$1000

Well if it is a MacPro 1.1... with that configuration I agree around $1000 is about right.
