You must not be around here much... what you ask can't be done as the Mayor wants the listings to remain as a record. Maybe next time ask politely if even it can even be done before giving someone hell for something they can't do.

Actually, I'm not new. I've been a member of this site for going on 6 Years, as it CLEARY states under my user picture to our left on the posting. Also, I did ask politely. Hence the "Please".
It's surprising how ignorant people, such as yourself, can get for no reason but to be ignorant. Next time, maybe YOU should think before you type. AS for the posting staying up, it's an easy PM to the Mayor to have the posting removed as the unit is sold.
Sur une note marginal, vous êtes ignorance est facilement expliqué par votre emplacement.

Actually I never suggested you were new... I saw your start date and also the number of your posts. I said you mustn't be around here much. Quite frankly despite your "please" your post came off as condescending and demanding.
If you were around here more you would know that there have been threads started asking the mayor to remove old classifieds and he has made it known that he doesn't want to do it for linking and record reasons. So no a PM to the Mayor will not have the ad removed.
In fact my post was far from ignorant, it stated knowledge of the facts, I think the word you may have been looking for is rude. However, if you felt my post to be rude, so be it... I felt yours was rude to Dadi_oh and it displayed ignorance of how things work here.
May I also suggest that you are only adding to my opinion that your initial post to Dadi_oh was demanding and rude by your follow-up post and subsequent personal name calling... not exactly demonstrating yourself to be a class act. You feeling a little grumpy today?
And exactly what "site" are you talking about?

Wow ... wake up on the wrong side of the bed or something?
Users cannot remove their own posts from this classifieds and the Mayor has bigger fish to fry at the moment than living up to your expectations and manually removing things from the classifieds. This thread also clearly states that the unit is sold. If you are unable to read that portion of things get over it.
CanadaRAM May 16th, 2011, 03:04 PM Yes, one cannot delete a post - but the OP can edit the title of the post to say "SOLD: whatever the stuffs are" which would go a long way towards reducing clicking on out of date items (as well as the inevitable - it seems - remarks and remarks upon the remarks).
