Hi guys, you have been helpful in the past and hoping you can come through again.

I have a G4 power mac and display with the following specs I am looking to sell

G4 1.42Ghz DP PPC
2G ram - maxed
4 hard drives installed being
-80G hard drive x2 - mirrored for 160G raid main
-250 G internal Time Machine
-60G internal storage drive
DVD Super Drive
DVD Combo Drive
ATI 9000 Pro 128mg video dual output
USB PCI expansion card
Airport Extreme Card installed
17" LCD Studio Display
Original Keyboard and Mouse
Tiger disc

What kind of asking price should I have and/or what could I expect to get for it?

I also have a spare power supply that I can toss into the deal or sell separate.

I've seen Studio Displays going as low as $25. My suggestion would be to try to sell the whole package for $175 on the off chance that somebody who still wants legacy equipment will ant the fastest G4 tower produced. I would take $125.

The ass-end of the G5 line is quickly falling to the $200 range and will soon flatten the prices of the remaining G4s.

Does it have FW800 or is it an upgraded 2003 FW400 model with OS9 support. If so, you might get a bit more than quoted above for that reason.

Right, that model can't boot OS9 so you don't get that little premium boost.
