Andrew Pratt Oct 4th, 2010, 10:02 AM This model did have some cracking issues with the palm rest but mine had a brand new palm rest and keyboard installed this spring so it is in fantastic condition as far as that goes. Shipping shouldn't be more then $25 with insurance depending on where you live....if its more then that i'll cover the difference.
