Is it posible that i can do bootable cloning the 640gb and replace after the 80gb.do you think it will work when i boot the 640gb? or if some one can help me out that would be perfect...... its just im short of funds to bring it service that why i need some help for this.........

Yes, you can use an application like Carbon Copy Cloner (http://www.bombich.com/) to clone the internal hard drive to an external USB or Firewire drive (for example, put the new drive into a low-cost USB enclosure). After creating the clone on the new drive, replace the internal drive with the new drive and it will boot as normal.

PS: FYI, in the future, you probably want to use a more descriptive subject line. Many people ignore generic pleas for help.
