Apparently it can be done, if you already have an iPhone 3GS. Hadn't seen this posted yet; forgive me if it has been.

Exactly the opposite of what I'm looking for, sadly.
What I want to do is to show my use of the iPad live on a screen (via projector). I can do this (wirelessly even!) with my iPhone to my MacBook (which is then connected to a projector), but its jailbroken and I can't do that to the iPad (because its not mine).
Anyone know of apps that will let me show what happens on the iPad?

In addition to the adapters you need to jailbreak the iPad and use software that outputs everything happening on the iPad screen. Without the jailbreak and software output is limited to apps like Keynote and Video Player, etc; the UI isn't routed out.
