Sad, since these are true athletes and courageous people ............ in their sport and in Life.:clap::clap:

It's not getting much attention anywhere, to be fair.

For 2 weeks the main Olympics dominated TV air waves, taking over at least 7 or 8 of my HD channels... A quick scan through the upcoming week, and I can't find any coverage. It also dominated the televised and print news, and was often the lead story(ies), none of the sort for the Paralympics.

Unfortunately, out of site, out of mind!

(I've been following the men's sledge hockey and their attempt to complete an Olympic trifecta!)

The lack of interest in them is pretty sad.

Yes -- we beat Sweden 10-1 and are playing Norway today.

The Russians and Ukraine seem to be hogging many medals.

The Russians, yes, but we aren't that far off from Ukraine....

I wouldn't mind seeing more television coverage of the sports live (especially the down hill sit-skiing), but we have been watching the daily summaries.

I have to head up to Whistler for some work related stuff, so I might check to see what sort of tickets are available.

However, the legacy of facilities left by the Paralympics at the various venues should help those who are disabled and want to participate in the future.

This gal should give lessons to our "normal" skiers.

An amazing performance and an inspiration.

"The little girl who was born with no legs below the knee and no left arm was teaching herself how to skip rope."
