The screen on my MacBook (Core Duo) appears to be experiencing some discolouration, radiating out from the lower left corner. It is a strong pink, and fades the farther it gets from the corner. Radiates out about an inch and a half.. gradually disappearing.

Anyone else ever experience this?
Is it likely to continue to "grow"?
How long might I have before the screen is unusable?
What's the cost of a screen replacement?

Core Duo is probably off AppleCare by now. Still I would drop in at an Apple Store on the off chance that there is some sort of replacement policy in place.
