I honestly don't remember if anyone has posted from beautiful Barbados during my time on ehMac but I thought I would be the first if not the second to do so. I am sitting right now in beautiful Barbados with 27oC weather at 9:41 PM with a sticky 79% humidity. I have the waves from the beach calming my soul, and the great taste of Bajan rum keeping me nice and Canadian :)

Ha! You won't tempt this former Floridian with crap like that! I know, it's lovely, it's nice -- till you get skin cancer and can't breathe because it's like that all year long! :)

I am currently enjoying my second Springtime in Victoria after too many years of the constant-green-and-beige of Florida, and enjoying the changing seasons again IMMENSELY.

OTOH, if the OP lives in one of Canada's less moderate zones -- well by all means enjoy yourself and have a margarita on my behalf! :)

I'm sure I have before, but I've never mentioned that I was away.

I've posted more times from Barbados than I can remember since it is my home and where I was born. Even though I live in Toronto now, I do return quite often to see Mum & Dad. Hope you enjoy your time and get to relax as much as possible and enjoy all that Barbados has to offer.

We leave on our fall cruise on December/6/2009 from San Juan.

I left Bridgetown this morning at 6:45 AM with a nice temp. of 38 oC with the humidity.. landed in Montreal this evening around 5 at 7 oC.. BRRRRR!

I personally prefer BDA - Bermuda, to any place of heat if i had my choice..
it nice all year, temp ranges from 14c to 33c - warm during the day and always has a nice breeze from the atlantic to cool you off at night.

Plus I get paid to go there :greedy:
