CBC's website says Canada is the only country with the iphone that skype is not available in. Skype says it has to do with licensing, but will not go further into detail. Regardless, it's annoying. There were options before... But now it's Apple that won't let Skype use 3G/Edge/GSM on iPhones, not Rogers. Apple restricts such apps to wifi only.
