1) Create a new post
2) Enter code as follows:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpIB9AzNzk0 <- YouTube URL (without the INVALID bits that are being added by the YouTube plug in attempting to figure out what it is.
OR
lpIB9AzNzk0 <- Just Video ID

Ensure to remove any extra bits off the end of the URL (eg. &fmt=22) or something similar.
2a) You can press the YouTube button beside the PHP button in the toolbar - however for me it appears that the image is missing leaving it as a question mark.
