How do I leave negative feedback for a bad seller who refuses to refund my money for an item I returned even though he stated that he would give me a 30 day money back guarantee. He turned angry at me and started to call me names just because I wasn't 100% sure if he sent the right part or might have given the wrong model of machine. He's only been on the board for about a month and has no feedback at all. Thanks.

you mean make up stories and talk about people, that's called libel and gets you a date in ontario court.. if you really believe a refund claim was offered why don't you post the letter , you know doing so would force you to alter it which would spell a world of hurt for you.

I'm the guy who sold this coward a board.. as you can read from his comments he is one dumb hick. he can't even get his lies straight..

he put an ad for quicksilver board.. I sent him a mint board.. end of story. his very own ad said he has a quicksilver here needing a motherboard ,, then he says he doesn't have a quicksilver after he gets it and realizes he has another problem.

two days later he says his brother doesn't have a quicksilver ,, then he says its the older one ,, then he says it is a quicksilver but the part numbers don't match , then he finally admits he has a quicksilver and he get a black screen when he installed it and turned it on.. 3 weeks after the sale he begins a weak extortion attempt for a refund , citing his mac doesn't work and gets a black screen..

would anyone agree we don't ship items for a rental service for these idiots to diagnose their problem and then send it back when it doesn't work.. if you want to do blind diagnosis and save money that is fine but you must be prepared to take the loss when you bought the wrong part.

this fool has a problem with his cpu , video , power supply etc..
