My wife is in the US on business and she has just called me from hotel to tell me her iphone does not work?

Should the her unlocked (rogers) iphone work in the US or is there something i'm missing?

Has she roamed before? Do you have roaming enabled on your plan?

well.... We are out of the country to the US quite often and never really needed to do anything special. Phones (not iphones) have just worked.

We are new to rogers so i'm not sure if international roaming is enabled. Is this something that can be done from the self serve menus on rogers website???

I have had to enable "international" roaming while in the US before (Florida) for both Rogers and Fido before... I have always done it by phone so I don't know about online - sorry!!?
