I am in the process of naming all 750 images of our travels this summer. I had a thread on this before- when renaming an image (ie-056.jpg) to something else, I will select the next image, but the previously renamed imaged doesn't fall into place for quite some time (up to 40 seconds or more). This is rather frustrating, and I wonder why my G5 tower (OS 10.4.2- 768 ram) is taking so long to refresh the window in which I am working. Any ideas?
