How does one go about setting up a permanent chat room like the ehMac one??

I've searched and can only find the ones set up by AOL. I want to set one up for a group of crafters.

I think it's a matter of using the Go to Chatroom: and enter whatever name you want. That's it, that's all. Chances are, it may already exist so trying a unique name.

Ah, I see. That works in iChat, but not in any of the Wintel chat apps that the rest of the folks are using so I guess I can't help them. :D :D
