Hello everyone,
I have a huge question to ask to anyone who knows the answer.
If a government organization is found incompetent, negligence, lost credibility amongst themselves and with the public, can't be trusted and lacks communications within the organization and public, can this government organization be asked to step down or to step aside and allow 3rd parties already involved to take over?
Of course all the above can be proven in almost all forms of documents, media etc. If the public no longer trusts this organization, if all 3rd parties involved no longer trust this organization, is it humanly possible to throw them out of power? Who would then be in charge? Who would make such a decision? Prime Minister?
The government organization I'm talking about is the Department Of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
