Need assistance converting native Freehand 11 files into Illustrator 10 or CS.

I have 10 very small files, shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to do.

Got your message, thanks. In a flurry of trying to help out a client and downloading a demo and finding out the files were garbage, the entire thing was scrapped.
