since84 Jul 26th, 2012, 06:55 PM I installed the new version of Safari last night (still on Lion) and discovered that I can't read my RSS feeds in it anymore. When I click on one of them, it switches to Mail to read it. Then, when I click on a topic, it sends me back to Safari. This is nuts. Is there a way to get Safari to take back the RSS feeds? Tech Elementz Jul 26th, 2012, 06:58 PM Nope, this feature was taken out of Safari & Mail.app in OS X Mountain Lion. I suggest you find another RSS app to read your various feeds. May I suggest NetNewsWire (http://netnewswireapp.com/mac)? It's a great RSS reader that is great at looking at your feeds. You could just add a tab and use google on another page and keep your page with the URL intacted. since84 Jul 27th, 2012, 01:05 PM I just found an extension that will put the RSS button back in the URL line, although it opens the feed in an external browser, like NetNewwire.
