Why we can't correct a typo in the thread title is just plan silly and leads to threads like this one that totally change the meaning.

I agree, mon ami. Still, I meant no disrespect to macintosh doctor for his minor miscue. Paix, mon ami.

Yep, to be clear, my point was not aimed at md either, rather why we cannot fix a simple typo without mod intervention. Seems silly to me.

I quickly browsed through the site - what caught my eye was an auction for a Lot of Assorted Bills and Coins (Canadian Tire Money and Bolivian Coins (?)). For $12.75 cents with of CT money and maybe $0.25 of coins, the auction has reached $26.52

Browsing through the rest, from first glance, there are way too many items with bids over their real value - for another example a locked (to Rogers) 2G iPhone V1 (value $50 at most) latest bid at $163.00

Really ... ?

I hate auto correction.. I posted this thread with my iPad and it auto corrected it and I missed that.. because I did not have my readers on..
I am sorry for the pain and suffering I caused..
I really hate auto correct..
:(

any how I thought it might be an interesting site for everyone to browse - safer than ebay - at least you know they won't screw you LOL

I looked at the coin collections too..

Pretty hard to cause pain and suffering here. Kind of thing that can lead to an endless thread heading off in wondrous directions.

I agree about the chaos Apple's spell checker seems to causing, though this time it fixed "wondrous" for me.

"Higgs Boson has probably been discovered" or something like that; I was typing fast and hit submit without re-reading it. Then found that I couldn't edit it after the tread had been started.
