Does any have this device and can comment on how well (or poorly) it works?

Or point me to a review or two.

I have searched for reviews on the net with no success.
I can't even find out which video format is recorded on the Mac with this device when I look through the very list of specs.

About 600+ user comments here but not the Mac version it seems:

Never heard of this gadget before but with a bit of googling, there is tons of information on the net including Mac software.

Now the trick is to get the hardware compatible with the Mac, the DC60, not the DC60+ or DC60++

Just be aware, there are 2 products, EZCap and EasyCap.
EasyCap is an unlicensed knockoff of the prior product, and has no support. Not that you shouldn't try it, but you should be aware of what you are getting (and not getting)

From what I read now in the links I found.

EZCap, the product from the UK, is only supported on Windows, so for Mac users that is not an option anyway.
It is also advertised as a DC60+ model which the available Mac software does not support, one specifically needs the DC60 model (no + !)

So, yes, I can see EasyCap being a Chinese knock off like many other things unfortunately, but EZCap (DC60+) is not even an option for the Mac, even with unsupported software which only works with the DC60 version.
