: Plug ins

This may be the wrong area to post this and I do not have a problem if it gets moved. YouTube no longer allows ReelPlayer to download videos? So when searching for other sites I found at least six of them that said " Plug ins required" when I go to the spot to download additional plugins I get the response "no plug ins found". Pushing further I tried to follow the links to additional plug ins and the default was " page not found may have been removed or moved "
Will someone explain perhaps what is happening here? Is it just on a Mac or is there a path i am missing.
I use the videos at a Christian service my church takes into some Long Term Care Facilities.
Thanks

If you don't have these installed already, do so:

Perian (http://perian.org/)

Flip4Mac (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/products/windows-media-player/wmcomponents)

....these are the first non-Apple items I install on every new Mac... pretty much essential these days.

And maybe try:

Free Media Player Download | RealPlayer (http://www.real.com/realplayer)
and
Missing Plugins (http://home.real.com/product/help/macrp10_gold/en/TS_Missing_Plugins.htm)

this may be a repeat, I'm not to swift:-))
CubaMark, I downloaded as per your suggestions, same old, same old default about plug ins and missing page.
pm-r I bit the bullet after not being able to find any menu in the RealPlayer application I had and downloaded a fresh application and re-installed. Now to try again.
Thanks for your help:)
