I am running Lion 10.7.3 anyone have this issue?, how can I fix this it is really annoying.

Sounds like the Finder is crashing, rebooting and crashing again, etc. Does this occur in a different user account? If yes, reinstall Lion.

No it is fine with another user.

any other suggestions other then a re-install?

before you reinstall - make sure you do not have any apps that start automatically at start up..
go to your system prefs and then accounts and then select your user and select your login items and delete what is there.
quit all apps and then reboot and have a try..

if it is fine with other uses means its your user that is messed up, not OS

The doctor is in.. that solved the issue. Thank you. Now I guess I have to test each app one by one and and them to login items and reboot to see which one is the problem child.
