If the sailer is from USA, does the warrantly will works for my iphone who has been bought in Canada?

Hello and welcome to ehMac. Since you are new here, you are not aware that discussion of purchasing AppleCare from anyone but an authorized Apple dealer or directly from Apple is not supported by ehMac. The reason being the packages are often pirated or stolen.

That's nonsense on multiple levels. First, there is nothing in the Forum Rules (http://www.ehmac.ca/info-centre/33134-forum-rules.html) prohibiting discussion of purchasing AppleCare from anyone but an AAD or directly from Apple (nor is there a notice about it in the Info Centre). Second, most AppleCare being sold on eBay is actually volume dumps BY Apple Authorized Dealers, not pirated or stolen. I was encouraged, more than once, by Apple employees directly (not Apple Store, but corporate) to save myself money and buy AppleCare online at eBay (or another online vendor).

A thread buried in Anything Mac from over three years ago, not in the Forum Rules or Info Centre or stickied at the top... Pfft. Best not mention that Walmart is selling $50 in iTunes cards for $40 in their online store, they must be stealing their clients credit card numbers to pay for them!

I'll make it so that policy is more featured.

Walmart is Apple Authorized.

Many items sold like iTunes Codes, AppleCare codes are sold online by being purchased with stolen credit cards. This happens all the time.

The comment about Apple Corporate recommending to buy AppleCare on eBay is complete and utter hogwash.
