2011 Tax Software Options for Mac

I usually do my taxes through TurboTax Online, but I find myself in the predicament of having to manage 5 returns this year. PC users have the option of buying boxed/CD software which usually provides a maximum 8 returns at approximately $30. Doing 5 returns online will, I think, cost me around $75 and taxes. Is there box mac compatible tax return software I can buy, and if so, where? Thanks!

There are no boxed Canadian tax applications. I know of one downloadable program: TaxTron. Of course there are the on-line apps, e.g., Turbotax and H&R Block.

There might be other on-line or download apps, but I am only aware of those that prepare Quebec returns as well as Federal returns.

If I'm I'm not well informed I trust I will be corrected!

Milhaus, are some(or all) of those family members, including dependents? UFile has a nice $24.95 for a family deal. I have 3 returns to do (mine, husband and son) so it's a good deal.

How much does UFile ONLINE Cost?

No question - "TaxFreeway for Mac" for off-line preparation!!

Cutting edge Canadian tax software - TaxFreeway

I and many other posters have also recommended it highly previously if you search the ehMac forums.

You can often save a bundle using it's "summary" recommendations, and cheap for multiple return filing and/or printing.
