Need help to Sync Outlook Contact at work with Mac Address book at home

I need help syncing my Outlook Contacts on my PC at work with my Address Book on my Mac at home. I tried to keep an automatic sync through Plaxo but it's made a mess of things on more than one occasion.

Is there a better way? Of note, I have MobileMe if you think that would help?
Thanks...

I tried the MobileMe route but it won't work as we use Exchange Server at work.
Even the Apple Support article said it was a "no go".
MobileMe: Syncing with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange

Any other 3rd party options or work-arounds using Google or something like that?

You may need to use an intermediate step. I haven't tried this myself, but I think it's possible to sync your Outlook contacts (and calendar information) with your Gmail account.

Se here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync

Once this data is in your Google account, you can sync your Mac Address Book and iCal with those contacts and calendar information.

Not exactly seamless and elegant, but it should work. Perhaps someone else has a better way.
