Unfortunately, no.
The new iBooks use 200 pin DDR SODIMM ram, like the new Powerbooks (they can use DDR266/PC2100 or higher--most resellers will use one or the other of these terms, but they add up to the same thing).
The old PC133 stuff (144 pin) won't work.
