That's a whole lot of technology, including some form of artificial intellgence. The command promps are not static and so the computer would require a very complex and dynamic linguistic processor. How he was pulling up charts and such would require a database of not just journal articles but of charts that the authors used. It would require a massive identification indexing of so much information to do that.

If I could download and read journal .pdfs on my iPhone, it would be fairly close what that person has.
