Best deal would be to get an Apple Airport Express,
I use it for all my wireless computers and iPod's in the house.

I assume this is for home use?

There is probably a couple of options depending on your needs.

Dlink - I have used the some of the Wireless G ones, their basic one was good enough, and their more advanced wireless G ones worked pretty well. I have yet to use a Dlink wireless N, so I can't say too much. New prices you are looking between $20-$100 depending on what kind of features and wireless capabilities. DWL2310-mid range wireless G can be had for between $25-$35, no advanced features.

Apple - Airport extreme is likely too much, but this is what I use now, and despite some issues, seems to work well. About $120 at SiG electronics.
Airport EXPRESS - If you just need to make your internet wireless, with no other use of ports, for printers etc. this should be useful for this need. Can be found between $60-$100 depending on sales etc.

Linksys - Have been pretty decent, never used one, but depending on what you need wireless n or g, these can be somewhat affordable. Alittle more expensive than Dlink, but has generally better reviews.

I am sure others will have some opinions on this topic. They have some

Hey, I just found the ¢ sign on my Mac! It's option-4!
Sorry, I'm still playing.
I bought a dlink from Future Shop and the gal on the phone at dlink walked me through it. Quite simple. Does the job here.

I'm using a Linksys WRT54Gv8 ($40) flashed with dd-wrt. It's been rock solid since day one.

I'm with "dolawren" on this...Airport Express for sure! I have one and it is very nice. I'm not that great with computers and it was extremely easy to get wireless printing and airtunes set up. You can usually pick up a used one for cheap, which is what i did, and took my old linksys 54G to my parents for them to have wireless fun.

Wow, I didn't know that! Thanks for the tip!
MY 2¢?
I second Dlink. Had the same router for years, great signal strength EVERYWHERE in the house (three floors, the garage, even the backyard). I've used Linksys before, but the signal always dropped and/or was really weak.
