All it does is turn any application into full screen by turning everything but the window you are in black. That plus hiding the dock and you have quasi-full screen mode before Apple will get around to doing it!

But I think I will stick with WindowShade X ($13) for keeping my work focused and my screens uncluttered.
This a little trick that used to be available pre-OSX that Unsanity wrote a little "haxie" to bring it back to OSX. I love it!

I use Todos very convenient, it does say that it has only been tested in Tiger, but works very nicely in leopard I've tested it. OpenSoft Development: Todos
Yeah I tried Sticky Windows, not for me I prefer Windowshade. Sapiens is interesting, I might give it a try but I am keyboard short cut guy and I have used Quicksilver for years and I find it fast and efficient. I think for me Sapiens cool factor would wear off pretty quick and I would be back to my keyboard short cuts in no time.
