Easiest way to import photos fro firefox --> iphoto?

I enjoy having my background change every 5 minutes, and as a result have a rather extensive stockpile of images from the internet.

when I was on my pc, I found a add-on that let me hold the curser directly over the image, and it would prompt a direct button that would let me save to a pre-assigned folder. Easy, fast, direct.

With safari you can right click and hit import.

as of now with FF I have to right click, save-as, select file path, ok. Open itunes, import folder with bunch of new pics.

Is there a better way?

Well, here's one way:

1. Put shortcut to the folder in the dock.
2. Find an image on Safari or Firefox (or any other Mac browser, shouldn't matter)
3. Drag the image to the folder.

cool - I also just noticed in my "all images" folder, that there are 3 copies of every photo i have imported into iphoto.

I would guess it would be
(1) iphoto copy
(2) original imported copy
(3) ???

can I delete 2 and 3 once they are in iphoto?
