I'm assuming you're using Safari and 10.5.x

Start the movie. Go to "Activity" in the Window menu. Scroll down until you see a file that is increasing in size. It will have the suffix ".flv". Double click on that file - it will download to the Desktop as "movie.flv.

You now have your movie in Flash format - all you need to do is a file conversion. I would have suggested using Visual Hub, but unfortunately it was discontinued recently. Maybe someone else has a suggestion??

I download any Flash video the same way as Gerbill suggests. I then use the Export option in QuickTime Pro to do the conversion to a .mov file.

But first, I think you need Perian installed so that QuickTime can play Flash videos.

You can make a movie right off the web page with SnapzProX

Then convert it in iTunes to play on your iPod.
