Dual Screen Monitors: Dual Menu Bar?

Hey guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there a way to extend the menu bar across two montirs? I am running leopard on an AlumiMac and my second screen is a dell.

I love having two screens but hate having my menu bar on the OTHER screen.

Thanks.

Well you can move the menu bar easy enough to the other screen but not span it that I'm aware of ( wold be awkward anyway.

To move the menu bar just drag it in the Monitors - arrangement

What I mean is that I want to know if there is a way, not to extend it, but mirror it. I still want extended desktop mode, but I hate having to select my bookmarks for example on a different screen then the actual program is running in.

There's no way to do that which I'm aware of. The only thing you could really do is to learn the keyboard shortcuts for the actions you make consistently. Granted, not everything has a shortcut either.

One thing you can do to fix the bookmark issue is to put them under the address bar in Safari. I have folders there, organized by usage. Go into your bookmarks section and put them into "Bookmarks Bar."
