What would you suggest for a digital camera 2.0 + mega pixel, with flash, ISO of 400 and USB connect.

I got a sweet deal on a Sony DSC-P32 when the Sears clearance centre closed down in the Gerrard Square mall.

It was $299, discounted to $239 and all discounted electronics were 30% off (so I got it for $167.30 before tax).

It's not the camera I would have chosen (no optical zoom) but it does the job and compliments my larger Nikon CoolPix 995 when I don't feel like lugging it around. At that price I couldn't pass up a 3.2 megapixel camera that does up to ISO 400 and is USB 2.

Canon A60 if you want to stay cheap... look for closeouts/discontinued deals as this camera is probably due for replacement soon.

Canon A70 if you want a good deal on a now discontinued camera. $300 at Staples.ca (less if you have a coupon). This is an excellent camera for the money, IMHO.

Watch for deals like CapitolK mentioned if you're not in a hurry.
