Moving Gmail to .Mac

Has anyone here moved, or know how to move, all messages (including Sent Mail) out of Gmail and into .Mac?

Setup both .Mac and Gmail in Mail. Gmail can be setup with either IMAP or POP, but you should probably use POP as it will be faster. Once you've got GMail and .Mac setup in Mail, drag and drop them from GMail into your Inbox or whatever folder of .Mac.

OMG! I didn't even think of that!!? Brilliant... (I already have them both setup IMAP in Mail)... Thanks!!?
