I want to change my office around a bit and now that I have the opportunity to run a third LCD monitor (even though I haven't found one yet) I want to get rid of my TV (I usually listen to it rather than watch while I work) and use an external/internal TV input device for my Mac.

I am running OS X 10.3.x on a MDD Dual 1.25 and I don't want to use classic to run this. I have a couple free PCI slots (for internal) and for external I would prefer USB over Firewire as I have no firewire ports free (although I could buy a hub for that too)

Which ones are better and why - pricing would be nice - and where can I get something like this?

actually, that very card you asked about (the miro motion) I had in my MDD with a vcr hooked to it for analog capture, used the tv tuner on the vcr and voila, tv on my desktop. Worked great.
