I recently got iLife '08 and I'm amazed at how great it is. Especially iWeb. I learned the program and totally redesigned my wife's website in 3 days. The export worked flawlessly when I uploaded it to my host.
iWeb has it's limitations, of course, but for most people it's more than enough to put up a nice-looking website, and really with all those HORRIBLE websites and HIDEOUSLY UGLY MyFaceSpaceBook pages floating around, a nice-looking website is really very nice to run across.
This is probably a stupid question, but do you need .Mac, or can you use iWeb elsewhere?
If you have .Mac there is a publish button and it loads it automatically to your account. You can even create a personal URL, yourname.com. Or you can publish it to a folder and it saves all of the .html files, pics, etc. and then you just FTP it to your host. Super easy!
Thanks for all of the kudos.

Is there any way of publishing it directly to the web without .Mac, or do I still have to go through an FTP app? I thought Leopard would fix the lack of FTP in Finder. If I do need an FTP app, can you recommend any good free ones?
And one little picky thing about the website, the bottom navigation on the pages like about us (the circular picture bits) should have some text.

Sorry to hijack your thread.

I've used Fetch for FTP long before OSX and it still works great.
